That depends on the type of session, number of people involved and if it's a family session, children's session or a newborn session. Most sessions take about an hour while a newborn session can take up to 4 hours. Mini sessions take 20-30 minutes.

The "golden hour," which is an hour after sunrise or before sunset, offers soft, flattering light. Overcast days also are beneficial in reducing harsh shadows. We will guide you to choosing the best time of day, usually late afternoon or early evening.

Get a good night's sleep. For young children it's important that the session takes place either earlier in the morning or later in the day after an afternoon nap. It is critical that children do not arrive hungry.

It's also helpful for the adults to avoid alcohol and caffeine prior to the session. It's also very important to make sure that you wear clothing that won't wrinkle easily during the trip to the studio. Make sure that trousers, slacks, shirts are pressed.

Certainly! The number of group breakdowns will be discussed at the portrait design consultation so we have a clear plan on the day of your session.

Unfortunately, mini sessions are not designed for large groups. These sessions are capped at 5 individuals.

Most of our portrait products are hand crafted in Italy. Depending on the specific product, and the time of year (holidays take longer) delivery can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks. We will keep you updated on the status of your order.

Digital images that accompany your print order of $1000 or more can be delivered via a private online gallery upon request. digital portraits with Orders of $700 or less will only be delivered via an online gallery. Otherwise, digital portraits are delivered on a thumb drive with your print order.
